Visitors to Painshill are being invited to join volunteers from Surrey Wildlife Trust and a range of local conservation groups to help find and document the species found on the site.
Nature in Surrey’s wetlands, urban areas and urban fringes will benefit from a grant of £200,000 from the philanthropic Garfield Weston Foundation.
