Forest Bathing - Glorious Spring
Event details
About the event
In April, spring begins to truly show itself once again. Buds burst open and warmth arrives briefly this month, in-between the showers and we begin to open our windows once again after winter, to let the light and fresh air in. We are past the Spring Equinox now and nature begins to burst into life. So come and share some springtime joy in the forest with this wellbeing in nature walk where we allow ourselves time to slow down and notice the extraordinary benefits to our health when we do so. There will be gentle guided nature practices for you to try.
The session is 3 hours and will take place at Surrey Wildlife Trust's beautiful private wildlife reserve, Nower Wood.
We'll meet in the car park 15 minutes before to begin promptly at 9:15am, finishing at 12:15pm.
Forest Bathing - The Benefits
