About the event

Advanced booking is essential due to limited parking. Please contact Simon Humphreys (Voluntary Site Manager) to reserve a place.

If you are not already a registered volunteer, please email volunteers@surreywt.org.uk.

Come prepared for the outdoors, wearing old clothes, sturdy boots and waterproofs. You’ll also need to bring a packed lunch and plenty of water. We’ll provide all the tools, gloves and safety equipment.

Please note there are no set age limits but children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 16-18 year olds must have a completed Parental Consent form.

Join this volunteer day to help control encroachment of scrub in a restored chalk grassland to improve and maintain habitat for plants, invertebrates, etc.  New volunteers welcome.
