About the event
There are over 15,000 different species of Fungi in the UK which can be found living on land, in the water, in the air and even in and on plants and animals! They are a huge and fascinating kingdom and vary massively in size and shape.
Join Youth Action Committee member and fungi enthusiast Ellis as she goes for an autumnal woodland wander to see which fungi can be found here on our ancient woodland educational nature reserve.
You'll learn about what fungi is, tips to identify different species, and end the whole cosy afternoon with a hot chocolate back at the centre.
