Free Will writing services

We have entered into a number of partnerships that enable our supporters to write their Wills for free, with no obligations whatsoever. In each case, we cover a discretionary fee for a limited number of simple Wills to be written.

We have teamed up with online Will-writing service, Octopus Legacy, to offer our supporters a free Will writing service for a limited period.

Make a Will online in 15 to 20 minutes, over the phone or face to face with a solicitor. Octopus Legacy will help you choose inheritors, protect your loved ones, prepare instructions for treasured keepsakes and offer advice on donating a percentage of your estate to charity if that is something you would like to do.

Thanks to our membership of the National Free Wills Network, we are able to offer our supporters the opportunity to have your Will written by a local solicitor – with Surrey Wildlife Trust paying at a discounted rate for the writing of simple Wills. This is a limited first-come, first-served offer.
