Scientists have found evidence that a walk in nature can help reduce stress levels and strengthen the immune system.

There are many techniques using the power of nature to feed our body & mind. Through the use of our Community Nature Hubs at Bay Pond and Nower Wood, external providers are teaching a variety of these skills, including; Forest Bathing, Yoga, Mindfulness and Reiki.
